TeleSolutions was established in 1996, by
Susan Wilcox, President & CEO. Since its incorporation in 1998,
Wilcox and Associates (dba TeleSolutions) has been a key player in the
AT&T Wireless Services event promotions division. Company credentials
include event coordination, reporting statistics and follow up
surveys. Under the Wilcox leadership, TeleSolutions personnel have
managed market survey and research projects, both inbound and
outbound, for national technology companies and their solutions
providers.
TeleSolutions has provided outbound telecom campaign services to
promote numerous market specific events. Special promotions for
PocketNet™ and national lead generation advertising campaigns have
also been supported by TeleSolutions. The company has engaged in SCADA
and telemetry survey and marketing campaigns. In addition to providing
inbound and outbound telemarketing and toll-free return response
services, event and meeting planning clients were provided with
on-site support at each of these events.
Over the last six years, TeleSolutions has continued to grow with
the addition of clients from various wireless data application areas
and other industries including credit card merchant services, payroll
processing, human resource application service providers (ASP’s) and
medical software. TeleSolutions provides these clients with
multi-level services including: attendee recruitment, sales lead
generation, appointment setting, inbound call center support, and
event follow-up surveying. TeleSolutions is a project-based company,
and as such, it staffs according to client needs.
Organizations and Community Service
The company initiative for the 2001/2002 fiscal year included
expansion into membership with community service and professional
organizations for the Central Florida market. These organizations
include: the BBB, the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission,
the Women’s Business National Council, and is also the newest member
of the Orange County Convention and Visitors Bureau. TeleSolutions
public service also included participation in the Orange County SPCA
“Paws in the Park” program and membership in several local arts
organizations.
Staffing
TeleSolutions employees are a select group of communications
specialists who have been chosen for their professional presentation,
articulation and educational level. A voice coach is provided for
training in diction and phrasing to create the impression of
professional yet cordial customer communications. Our personnel work
directly with event planners, sales staff, and vendors to keep
attendees on the “return visit roster.”
